Description: The Global Wealth Management (GWMP) platform provides the following features- capabilities for managing transactions, communications, back-office and marketing activities, account management, reporting, business policies, entitlements, document management, portfolio management, and integrated customer management. It is a Platform that supports the full client-lifecycle by providing the right information to the right user at the right time, SWIFT enabled, culminating in a visionary and compelling user experience that differentiates SEI in the marketplace.

The platform is developed on a multi-billion dollar budget and managed by diversified pool of resources at both onsite and offshore.

Notable Contribution:

 Business Lead for Activity Management component- responsible for designing workflow management

 Preparation of Functional requirements document (FRD), use cases, wireframes, UML based diagrams- activity diagram, sequence diagrams etc.

 Conduct cross-track and client interviews for gathering system information for documentation.

 Analyze & develop the prototypes for the new application and get them approved by the business operations

 Facilitate the analysis and design sessions with all stakeholders

Description: The Corporate Actions product BaNCS from TCS is an industry leading, SWIFT Ready2010 certified application that automates end-to-end Corporate Actions and Income Processing. It empowers leading customer institutions in over 40 mature and emerging markets, providing multi-entity, multi-lingual, multi-currency, and multi-time zone processing capabilities to fit into each organization’s business model.

Citibank was one of the largest implementations of NCS. The project was first of its kind because it involved first multi-entity implementation of the product and also because of the complexity of business requirements across different markets in which Citibank operated. The project was implemented in phases across UK, Europe and US markets. It enabled Citibank to streamline its processes, improve data quality, reduce risks, reduce costs and eliminate burdensome manual processes.

Notable Contribution:

• Business Analysis- requirement analysis across UK and US markets related to corporate actions, trade settlements, cash management, book keeping and securities lending functions.

• Pre-Sales- as a team lead involved in preparation of presentations, demos, prototypes, proposals and query handling

• Project Management - involved in project planning, scheduling, resource management, query handling, training, management reporting and client handling. Handled a peak team size of 40 resources
