• Completed regular Medical Records, front office and nursing audits on duty performance, reviewed results and document responses to improvement needs, reporting trends or problem areas to Director of Operations
• Manage office petty cash, expense reports and vendor invoices for payment
• Posting of daily charges for dental, pediatric and family practice departments
• Ordering of supplies for dental, pediatric and family practice within allotted financial target
• Monitor call center operations telephone calls to ensure quality standards are being adhered to
• Coach and counsel call center representatives on technical/procedural issues
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly call center productivity reports
• Assist call center operations with handling customer appointment scheduling, customer complaints, and general patient inquiries
• Preparation of complex documents, spreadsheets, graphs and reports
• Knowledge of insurance policies and coverage’s, claim payment procedures and strong medical terminology experience
• Provides input into the development of the service center budget; manages the budget and controls expense while meeting operations, financial and service requirements
