Led world-wide Environment, Safety and Occupational Health (ESOH) programs to protect human health and the environment. Developed Air Force-wide policy and implementation guidance to ensure regulatory compliance and minimize hazards in the environment, workplace, and emergency response/field conditions. Guided and mentored a unique career field of Safety and Health Professionals, Industrial Hygienists, Environmental Engineers, Health Physicists, and other engineering, occupational health and medical experts. Planned, programmed and executed a product line of over 1,250 personnel and $30+ million in operational funding at 80+ Air Force Installations.

Managed ESOH program execution and policy development for eleven Air Force installations. Led 136 field professionals supporting over 81,000 workers.
