Research Sealing/Test Engineer – Sealing Technology: Leak-Free Team

Responsibilities: Evaluate sealing technology, analyze joint and joint loading sealability; perform product development gasket and seal testing and failure analysis; prepare engineering statements of work, cost estimates and test proposals for customer approval.

•Designed self-healing gasket concept, which reseals if a leak occurs.

•Redesigned thermal cycle bench test increasing cooling flow 75% for temperature ramp rate control; wrote ISO-9000 test procedure for thermal cycle bench and associated equipment.
