• Initiated support of Quality Engineering by generating weekly/monthly Statistical Process Control “SPC” Summaries, highlighting failure modes and trend charts, resulting in reducing quality engineering workload and saving an estimated $22K per year in estimated labor costs. • Developed and maintained a Material Review Board “MRB” Bond Room Report and Log which improved and optimized efficiency in supporting Engineering, Production Control, Purchasing and the Quality Departments and saved the company an estimated $2K per year in labor costs.

• Initiated researched via trend charting reporting, of lost, broken, out of date calibration tools and equipment and revised calibration system going saving the company $48K per year on calibration cost.
