Tested food products for hazardous bacteria using the FDA and USDA standards. Used

aseptic technique to pour plates, and streak out bacteria using the phase technique.

Familiar with digital scales and pipettes.

2. Laboratory Technician. Sanimax-De Forest, WI (Temporary, Nov 2010 to Feb 2011)

Collected and tested biodiesel at various stages in the conversion process to ensure

Sanimax would get the highest yield possible. Calibrated and used a variety of instruments

by following SOP's; including a KF titrator, an autotitrator, a GC, a sulfur analyzer, a flash

point and a cloud point instrument. Helped the lab become BQ9000 certified.

Medical Technologist Student. United Clinical Laboratories-Dubuque, IA (2009-2010)
