Project Manager

• Engineer industrial temperature control equipment for custom and standard applications covering a temperature range of -50 /750 F. Assist, inspect and help troubleshoot equipment on test stand.

• Size equipment for Domestic, Canadian and European standards. Develop and design electrical control diagrams (AutoCAD 2010). Control budgeting of project. Write/edit/quality check operation and instruction manuals.

• Supervise a team of designers. Interact with vendors to achieve correct component selection. Directly communicate with customers to achieve final unit completion. Interact with Accounting, Quality Control, and Personnel to maximize the equipment production.

• Awarded 2005 Employee of the year at Budzar Industries, Inc.

Major accomplishments:

o Presented and implemented new concepts for temperature control equipment at Michelin, Davis Standard, Goodyear, Cooper Tire, Continental Tire, Merck, Fuji Films, Bayer, Nestlé, Pfizer and Texas Instruments.

o Researched and developed reduced-cost innovative hot oil temperature control units for the 2003 National Plastic Exhibition.

o Validated, performed and walked customers through Factory Acceptance and Site Acceptance Tests (FAT/SAT).

o Partnered with UL/CSA/ASME inspectors on standard approval process.
