Washington Mutual is one of the biggest banks and having a series of banks throughout world. Data is available in abundance for the employees on which DSS was built. Client wants to understand their business needs, customer’s requirement in detail and more accurate manner. The bank requires different level of analysis regarding all about loans and loan schemes, type of customers, type of payments schedules, interest rates, payment recovery process, and Installment process and penalty interest calculations for managerial decision supporting system(DSS).

Responsibilities:
• Involved in designing and building of Universes, Classes and Objects by resolving complex loops by defining contexts and aliases.
• Involved in project planning sessions with project managers and team members to analyze business.
• Involved in updating multiple Universes for user Reporting and Linked these Universes to create complex reports depending upon requirements.
• Maintain project related documents.
• Imported data from various tables using SQL Server import wizard when needed fresh data from Production system to Development system (server).

As at the end of December 2008, MTN recorded more than 100 million subscribers across its operations. MTN Groups key operations are in SEA, WECA and MENA (Middle East & North Africa). As a part of Management decisions the team is Business Object Reporting application against their enterprise data warehouse.

• Involved in developing new universes as per the user requirements by identifying the required tables from Data mart and by defining the universe connections.
• One of the Core parts of Project’s Crystal Reports enhancements and migration to BOE.
• Used Derived tables to create the universe for best performance
