Neil was employed there from late 2009 until 2011, during this time I worked closely with him as I was the Conference & Banquets Manager and he was assisting me with events with everything from set up to wrap up.
During this time frame Neil proved to be a very reliable employee, his knowledge of the business as well as his desire to please our clients was obvious from the very beginning.

His food and beverage experience made him a very valuable asset as he was needed not only as a Front Office Agent but also as a Bellman and in the Conference & Banquets Department.
