• Joined Arkan in order to invest my strong IT, PRIMAVERA and MS Project expertise in three different projects simultaneously, and seeking to use the new 4D System in construction

• Developed project plans and deliverables for the RIHAN Heights project comprised of five prestigious residential towers with a total estimated cost of $500 million

• Established, integrated and monitored project elements including coordination of subcontracted works, monitoring progress, liaising with authorities and external consultants and verifying various documents for the project closing process

• Evaluated and verified project time extension claims using various project management software tools (such as Synchro) which resulted in significant time and cost savings.
