Number 10 Fish Bay, St John U.S. Virgin Island; project consisted of a Twenty eight hundred sq ft, two building home site with cisterns for potable water storage, located on a volcanic rock hillside.

Logistics included but not limited to securing required permits for utility services, coordinate procurement of materials and scheduling of materials from the mainland and oversight budget tracking and cost control. Hands on; placement of poured concrete to include columns, walls, and floors as per architectural and engineering prints for the purpose of design and hurricane resistance. Experience with interior and exterior framing, interior and exterior finishes including drywall, as well as timber roof framing, and metal roofing to meet 120 MPH winds as per Dade County code. Supervision and Management of daily activities of trades. Maintained records, delivery logs, and prepared daily production reports for DPNR (Department Of Natural Resources) for necessary and ongoing inspections and Owner communication.

Theodore Tunic and Co Insurance Building, Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas U.S. Virgin Islands.

Project consisted of; scheduling of materials from the mainland for the fifty thousand sq ft, five-floor office complex with included parking garage. Supervision and Management of daily activities and trades.

Oversee budget tracking and cost controls, coordination of procurement of materials and labor scheduling for all metal framing, drywall, acoustic ceilings, and interior finishes, as well as exterior build out of finishes consisting of thirty five thousand sq. ft. of Dura Rock over plywood and Acra Crete synthetic plaster. Project included: Coordination and liaison with architects and engineer for all change orders during exterior build out and all phases of construction. Maintain project documentation records, delivery logs and prepared daily production reports for use per Corporate Policy. Scheduled and maintained communication with DPNR (Department Of Natural Resources) for necessary and ongoing inspections.

02/1987 –10/1996 Allen Williams Corporation/Grand Development: Surveyor / General Superintendent, St. Thomas, U.S.Virgin Islands.

Began with Allen Williams as a Surveyor, moved to the Concrete Superintendent position, on to Framing and Finish Superintendent, and finally, into the General Superintendent position. Proven ability to complete project on time and below budget.

Completed Construction of the $130 Mil., Virgin Grand Hotel, Virgin Grand Villas, and The Virgin Grand Estates Subdivision, Located at Great Bay, St John, U.S. Virgin Islands.

Project consisted of a forty-seven acre Hotel and Villa site encompassing three hundred twenty one guest rooms, lobby, retail area, restaurants, dock, three large custom swimming pools, and a one-hundred acre, ninety-nine lots Exclusive Estate Site.

Projects and Leadership Contributions:

All field surveying, Boundary Surveys, Layout and changes to site configuration for twenty-five buildings, underground utilities, and excavation for roads, driveways, walkways, swimming pools and cisterns. Supervision and management of projects including installation of underground utilities, stamped concrete road construction, flat and vertical concrete work, wood and metal framing, drywall, form and finish carpentry, interior and exterior finishes to include marble floor and wall tile, and oak cabinetry. Coordinate procurement of materials, maintained project documentation records, change orders, delivery logs and prepared daily production reports. Assisted in the preparation and conducted daily safety meetings, direct team oversight, management and safety assurance of supervised personnel.
