INITIATIVES:

Conducted first product forecast down to the SKU level at Wilson and RS Owens. Since that time, we have implemented an on-line forecast system with my ideas.

Suggested that we re-package our crestable gloves in such way at our vendors that it saved us time in our embroidery room.

With help from the MIS Department, taking the routine, redundant things of everyday work and make something that can be automated. Drafting reports that have gained division wide appeal.

Started and completed my APICS: C.P.I.M. within 6 months, while most students take 2 or more years to complete.

Instituted monthly sales verses actual forecast gap analysis.

Worked with Customer Service to develop product technical sheets for embroidery purposes.

Working with MIS in giving input in the current Wilson forecast system specifications.

Initiated new forecast process within R.S. Owens.
