PSAV is a $720 million event technology company with offices worldwide. I was employed as a senior manager with full P&L responsibility for the Austin division. Following my success in the Austin office, I was promoted to Director of the larger Las Vegas operation due to my organizational skills and ability to assess general management situations, and make the changes necessary to positively affect morale, customer satisfaction, revenue growth and profit margins. While in Las Vegas I achieved the following:
