• Manage the quality and food safety program for this very large aseptic industrial diced tomato, industrial tomato paste and year round flexible packaging, (pouch) packer.

August 2008 to February 2011 – Operations / Quality Manager – San Benito Foods A Division of the Neil Jones Food Company

• Oversaw Production and Quality functions at the plant

• Heavily involved with production planning, costing, capital improvements

• Supervised the activities of 3 Production Managers

• Transferred to our Tomatek facility

March 2005 to August 2008 – Quality Manager – San Benito Foods, Hollister, CA

• Managed the activities of the Quality Department

• Continually promoted the involvement of the department in existing and new company processes

• Increased the scope of in-process testing with the result of reduced mistakes, spoilage and out of specification merchandise
