EXPERIENCE
Ariba, Inc., Alpharetta, GA 7/11-present Executive Assistant to the CMO, SVP North America & Europe and SVP Global Accounts and On-Premise Business • Direct support to the CMO and 2 SVP’s. • Maintain 4 very busy and ever changing calendars. Work closely with all support to C-level Executives to coordinate meetings, conference calls and appointments. • Travel quarterly to provide support for events. • Coordinate very complex international and domestic travel arrangements. • Manage Marketing events both onsite and while traveling. • Maintain updated visas for my Executives due to heavy worldwide travel. • Handle all email that is sent to the CMO, as well as my own email. Harry and David, Atlanta, GA 5/10-4/11 Executive Assistant to the Chairman and CEO • I supported the CEO and Chairman at Harry & David. • Maintained very busy and ever changing calendar. Worked closely with all Executive Assistants of the Senior Officers, to coordinate meetings, conference calls and appointments.
