Transferred to Maitland FL, working as an Assistant Superintendent on a wrap style podium, wiyh 458 residential units, 22 retail units, and 2 restaurants. Currently in Fullerton CA as an Assistant Superintendent building the companies last job of 145 Active Senior Living units.

Oversaw day to day operations of retail/wholesale construction supplies. Responsible for all staff P&L, and $2 million worth of inventory.
Store operated on a deficit budget with only 5 employees. In 7 months, store received its first bonus, and became the #1 store in the Texas region; number 11 nationwide.
Revenues increased from $150k per month to $1.1 mil.
Home Depot bought the business, and proceeded with massive layoffs. Store is back to 5 employees and only $100k per month in sales.
