LexisNexis – Account Processing (Orem, UT) September 2008 – Current
Responsible for processing Driving Records, Vendor Screening, Consumer Reporting, and Criminal Records. I learned how to use the proper terms for these individual processes and made sure that each process was done in a timely manner.
LexisNexis – QA Specialist (Orem, UT) September 2007 – September 2008
Responsible for overseeing QA email box for communication with Customer Service as well as making sure work was quality in the departments of Vendor Screening, Consumer Reporting, and Consent Saving. I learned to communicate effectively with vendors and to stay within projected TAT’s.
LexisNexis – Administrative Assistant (Orem, UT) September 2004 – September 2007
Responsible for basic reception duties as well as Accounts Payable functions within the company. I learned how to do Purchase Orders, end of month close, and reconcile our credit card. I also dealt frequently with vendors to make sure that our payments were on time. Assisted in creating a billing system for what we termed “Monthly Minimums”.

Responsible for the care of nine residents with the assistance of one other person. Using my CNA to provide care for the residents. Responsibilities include: preparing dinner, assisting patients to the restroom, getting patients ready for bed, overseeing the building, and basic household cleaning.

Responsible for one developmentally disabled girl in a program. Responsibilities include taking her out into the community and stimulate her through touch and people interaction.

Responsible for one girl in her home that is developmentally disabled. Work is done through supported living care.
