Performs ( Carry Over Work ) such as Installation of Instrument Devices, cable trays and support, junction box, switches, outlet, lighting fixtures and Heat tracing. Cable loop check, IR test, troubleshooting and termination in Switchboard, Marshalling Cabinet, VMS & PMS panel and in Field JB for both Electrical & Instrument as well as necessary inspection for all device location and elevation as per Fire Zone Layout, Instrument Layout and Hook-up drawings.
Downstream Pre-Comm/Commissioning; Performs function check and
troubleshoot power and control circuit includes energization of
Switchboards, Transformers 6.3KV/400V/230V, HV/LV Compressors and
Motors prior for the completion of work scope. Power and control
cable loop check and IR test, cable termination to the Switchboard,
Distribution Board, Field JB, Field devices, Motors and Equipment.
Preparation of discipline punch list for system and sub-systems.
Completion of discipline PC and Commissioning works for system and sub-systems in line with project priorities.
Maintain Commissioning Discipline documentation and update as-built drawings regarding the actual revision and changes at the field.
Prepares MC & PC ITR’s including compilation of all necessary reports as when required.
Responsible for control and security of discipline Commissioning test equipment and consumables.
Provide discipline vendor assistance as necessary.
