E. Summary of Experience

Almost 6 years experience in the Fabrication / Engineering & Welding industry and Manufacturing. Extensive experience gained in Major Onshore and Offshore Project Platform (Jacket & Decks) Piping, Structural, Modification and Modules. Coordinating all inspection activities being undertaken in their allocated area and ensuring all persons involved are aware of quality requirements. Good working knowledge of: International construction codes & Standards (AWS D1.1, ASME V, ASME IX, ASME B31.3, API 1104, API RP 2A, ASTM, NORSOK) for the oil & gas industry, project contracts, construction & quality procedures, construction drawings, piping isometrics & P & I.D’s.

1. Project : KJVG, Gorgon Barrow Island LNG Project, PAR & PAU

Duties :

• Conduct meeting with PMT, the client & 3rd party inspection agencies (if any) on each project if any different interpretation to the specification, to resolve issues.

• Check & ensure that end preparation prior to welding as per approved welding procedures, Quality Control procedures, NDT procedures, Codes; standards are available at work site.

• Check that all applicable equipments related to welding are calibrated and has valid certification.

• Check & ensure that welding processes in the work station are carried out in accordance with approved procedures, specification & Inspection and confirmation of welding consumables as per the specifications.

• Witness & inspection of all Welding activity, Review of Inspection Documents & Has the authority to reject defective work.

• Ensuring that Fabrication Operations are monitored to ensure compliance with specified and approved measures.

• Reviewed Material certificate and verified the pipes, plates, bolt, nuts, fittings, valves, fire protection items, sockolets, and threadolets for fabrication, welding consumables and base materials.

• Witnessed welding activities, NDT activities, Pneumatic Test and Hydro test, PWHT activities.

• Daily Welding consumable audit.

• Weekly spot welding audit for CRA materials. Ensuring that non-destructive testing is performed in a timely manner and material traceability is recorded and submitted progressively to the certification section.

• Review and verify completion of Computerize Inspection Request (CIR) for the fabrication of piping process and PWHT Chart/Report.

• When deemed essential, review radiographic film interpretation in the dark room if yard NDT coordinators are not available or on vacation.

2. Project : Woodside Energy Limited, NRB Project, Bridge, Primary &Insert Piles

Duties :

• Ensured effectiveness and timely execution of the activities defined in the project inspection and test plan.

• Ensuring compilation of all final documentation & in-process inspection records in a timely manner with the best in class productivity.

• Ensuring that Fabrication Operations are monitored & coordinated to ensure compliance with specified and approved measures, thru’ project quality team & NDT coordinator. Verified the base materials and consumable welding materials and conformed Welding activities.

• Verified the welding equipment capability to meet the applicable requirements of the welding procedure.

• Verified welder’s qualification record.

• Verified documentation of performance qualification test results.

• Verified the joint geometry meet the requirements of the welding procedures and drawings.

• Performed the required visual examinations, before welding, during welding, after welding.

Duties :

• Monitor joint preparation are meet requirement on fabrication drawing.

• Ensure WPS use and welder was qualified to perform production weld, monitor welding parameter during welding as per WPS use.

• Make sure all welding consumable use, storage and handling are meet written procedure.

• Carried out internal discoloration of pipes using boroscope (with 3rd party inspection) as per discoloration accepetance criteria.

• Carried out internal cleanliness of pipes using boroscope (with 3rd party inspection) as per cleanliness matrix accepetance criteria.

• Carried out external visual and NDT inspection surveys of piping and structural as per Inspection program.

• Carried out internal discoloration of pipes using boroscope (with 3rd party inspection) as per discoloration accepetance criteria.

• Carried out internal cleanliness of pipes using boroscope (with 3rd party inspection) as per cleanliness matrix accepetance criteria.

• Perform visual inspection to all complete welded joint, carry out NDT as per requirement on NDT drawing and witness NDT activity.

• Follow up and record all TQ, SQ, and all welding result. Maintain material traceability record.

• Interact with fabrication project team for progress, project problem and interpretation of specification.
