Clipsal Middle East FZC is one of the Schneider electric group of Companies deals in the manufacturing of PVC Conduits & fittings, Electrical Switches & Sockets and trading 45,000 Nos. of different electrical products to over 32 countries of the world. Our parent company is one of the top 5 Companies in the world in electrical products and the No.1 in Europe market. Injection Molding Technician cum shift incharge

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Production & Manpower planning

- Approval of Molds & incoming raw materials based on trials

- Attending production related trouble-shooting, machine as well as production process

- Mold service and advising to tool room

- Effective training of operators for continous improvement of product quality & maximum output

- Raw Material Planning based on monthly requirement

- Effective changeover of molds using SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Dies) by Lean Manufacturing concept for on-time delivery of customer requirements (Methodology - Shigeo shingo)

- Knowledge of various processing materials like ABS, PC, PP, PVC,HPVC, SPVC, Nylon, Noryl, SAN, PS, etc

- Maintenance of machineries, molds & tools

- Maintain the product weight to avoid raw material wastage

- Preparation of monthly production reports for corporate requirements
