Championed a rigorous market and product research strategy in an effort to diversify an existing business model to cater to a more diverse market demand. Our efforts through this redevelopment period, allowed us to create and launch a new sales division targeting affordable housing. During this time I have worked directly with no less than three manufacturers at any given time.

~ Builder / Manufacturer Liaison with daily duties that include: purchasing, negotiating, scheduling and managing production, over the road transportation of oversized house sections, crew timelines, quality control, and budget goal accountability.

~ Sales and Service Management, creation of internal sales and service agreements, implementation into daily closing contracts. Working directly with multiple finance companies while ensuring the proper alignment of our client base with specific loan programs.

During my tenure at this manufacturing division I managed and grew a 4 state territory of retail and land developer accounts. My role was to train retail Sales Managers and Housing Consultants on product knowledge and “benefit / feature” sales skills. Maintained strong internal relations while conducting daily business with drafting, production, Q.C., and freight companies. This was an excellent opportunity to further develop interpersonal skills, computer and subsystem knowledge, as well as project management.
