• Manage Accounts Receivable, set up new customers with job costing, create invoices and bill customers, post payments received from customers, prepare deposit, collections on customers with past due accounts and set up payment arrangements. Preparation of Sales and Use tax monthly, quarterly and yearly as required. Set up budgets and preparation of job costing reports.

• Manage Payroll, calculate hours on time cards, enter into QuickBooks, print checks and set up auto deposit for employees, set up and process garnishments, process tax payments online for Federal on EFTPS, Completion of quarterly reports for Federal 941, Employment Security and L & I. Completion of W-2’s at year end.
• Reconcile bank statements, post bank fees and adjustments, make journal entries as needed to bring balance sheet accounts current. Process month end financial reports for Accounts Receivable, Accounts payable, Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
• Implementation of manual system to computer systems for books. Set up monthly and yearly budget for business.
• Preparation of 940 FUTA Tax Return, 1040 Personal Tax Returns, 1120 and 1120S Business Tax Returns.
• Consulting on setup of business entities, Bookkeeping and Accounting.
