ACHIEVEMENTS AND SKILLS: Worked for over two years for a major call center, taking calls for several different types of products. I also worked for an agency doing business to business calls. Worked for a computer repair person, doing typing and handling the phones for him. I am knowledgeable using spreadsheets, answering e-mails, doing searches on the internet. I have made travel arrangement for my family. I know how to book hotels, and I know I could be a Resort Virtual assistant or a Hospitality VA.

ACDD/ ACDC: Starting January 2010 I have been both an independent contractor, doing inbound calls, and a regular employee with the outbound department.

I started with them again March 2010 to July 2010. Did mostly outbound for a online web based program that helped people find colleges, and universities. They didn't need so many people after a few months, so was let go.
Baby to bee: Performing home based outbound/ inbound calling for people who have signed on to this web sight, and asked to be called. This company uses a predictive dialer, and agents are required to own USB headsets.
