Review of documents / Mill Test Certificate pertaining to raw materials, verification of bill of materials, components,

Visual / Dimensional inspection on machined roller pinion shafts, rounds, flats, plates etc.

Review and approval of Welding procedure specification (WPS) and witnessing procedure qualification record (PQR) & welder’s performance qualification record (WPQ).

Verify approved WPS, welders, welding operators and tackers intended for the project have properly been qualified and are displayed at jobsite.
