•Responsible for refinery control system upgrade project in which analogue system was to be replaced with TDC 3000, LCN based DCS system

•As part of the project, carried out various activities such as: Collection of existing data during GRTA to revise the existing drawings and documents.

•Revised P&IDs and generated loop drawings and other instrumentation related on PC.

•Configured points, highway and boxes of TDC 3000 system. Developed Database, I/O count and distribution of I/Os.

•Devolved dynamic graphics, interlock design etc.

•Successfully lead the factory acceptance test at Honeywell factory in Phoenix – USA.

•After the gulf war, carried out tank farm project for KOC/ Bechtel by providing engineering and database to Honeywell- PACE. Fast track project was handled efficiently with the team at Honeywell at PACE and Bechtel engineers in Kuwait. Successfully completed FAT at PACE facilities.

IMCO - Kuwait Mar-88 to Nov-88

•Lead the team of technicians during commissioning stage of various plant of Mina Abdullah refinery – Kuwait. Successfully executed Loop checking, calibration of various field instrumentation and interlock checking for various plants.
