In vitro characterization: Particle-size, polydispersity-index, zeta-potential (using Dynamic light scattering=DLS), particle-morphology (SEM/TEM/FEG-TEM), adsorption/ encapsulation efficiency (FTIR), Small Angle Scattering, in vitro release profile, stability studies (CD analysis, SDS-PAGE).

In vivo characterization [Learnt in Central Drug Research Institute, Lucknow U.P. India] Immunological: Cell culture (splenocytes, lymphocytes and macrophages), humoral and cell mediated immune assays (IgM, IgG, IgE cytokines-IFN-gamma, IL-2, TNF-alpha, Lymphocyte transformation test, nitric-oxide assay, apoptosis determination assay); SDS-PAGE, etc.

Learnt Protocol writing on clinical trials-in a workshop organized by National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education & Research (NIPER), Chandigarh, Punjab (24th August 2009 till 28th August, 2009).
