* Designed a multi functional greenfield laboratory building which housed test labs, a bench marking center, and garage facilities.
* Installed a functional physical and analytical materials testing laboratory to support the Ford enterprise globally.

Design and release responsible for the fuel filler cap, fuel filler neck, the fuel system attaching fasteners, and development testing for LEV II / PZEV fuel systems permeation testing for the
2004 / 2005 Ford Escape Hybrid / Mazda Tribute.
Accomplishments
* Delivered fuel system for the Escape platforms experimentally tested and certified to meet LEV II and PZEV fuel systems emissions standards.
* Developed and delivered an evaporative emission testing supply base and technique for repeatable fuel system evaporative emission testing.
* Saved the program $2.5MM dollars through supply base consolidation and part integration.
* Served on 2004 / 05 Escape & Tribute launch team to teach the operators about the new fuel system parts and provide immediate build issue resolution.
