Summary

Extensive store design and planning experience with regional and national retailers. Generate creative solutions for a variety of merchandising, space planning and design challenges. •Transformed five BI-LO under-performing stores to the Food$mart banner within the constraints of a $250K budget, short term turn-over, and speedy approvals of new interior graphic packages.

•Merged store planning skills with established consultant teams to realize the successful remodel of over twenty stores in three southeastern states.

•Committed several weekends of personal time to work with local store personnel in identifying potential modifications to functional and operational aspects of premier prototype store replications.
