- New Doha International Airport (NDIA), Doha, Qatar: Performed the preliminary engineering / design HVAC review of the Airport expansion from the 30 % to the 60 % completion stage. The project team includes Bechtel Oveseas, Al Darwish Engineering, and the major airport contractor Actor of Athens.

- The project comprises of major expansion including the following new buildings:

- The project team task was to finalize the Design in compliance with the Building Codes (IBC 2003) and other Standards and applicable Codes.

- Also prepared Engineering Cost Estimates, Equipment sizing for both, the air side and the liquid side, including the pipe and air distribution sizing. The expansion include a Central Chiller plant about 3,000 tons of refrigeration.

- MedImmune, Inc, Frederics, MD Design and engineering of Building 633 (Area 51 Project). The project included Manufacturing Process Areas, Class 100,000, 10,000 and limited 1,000 environment, cGMP Warehouse, Shipping & Receiving, Mechanical Gray Areas, CUB, and Administration Building with an IPQC Laboratory Area.

- Stryker Biotech, West Lebanon, NH Design and engineering of Building 1 & 4 Process Areas, Class 100,000, 10,000 and limited 1,000 environment.

- IBM, Poughkeepsie, NY Design and engineering of environmental control systems through the facility. Renovations and upgrades.

- Amylin Pharmaceutical, West Chester, OH Design and engineering of Building 1 and 2, Stages 2 and 2G. The scope of work in Building 1 Stage 2 includes and addition of Bulk Peptide Manufacturing Area, Laboratories Quality Control Final Product Testing, Offices, support Spaces and expansion of utilities for the additional manufacturing capacity. Building 2 was designed to accommodate three Packaging Lines, Finished Goods Cold room, Ambient Warehouse and additional Offices. The Manufacturing facility spaces are Classes ISO 5, 7, 8 and 9 (100, 10,000, 100,000). The air systems are Custom Air Handling Units with VAV zones, reheat, humidification and controls. The critical areas include HEP / ULPA filters.
