Project Description

This project intends to deliver the next step of a much broader HR vision. Easy access to trustworthy information will drive the company’s success in managing HR activities, understanding Employee trends and behaviors, monitoring staff performance and measuring the HR service delivery effectiveness

Currently most of the operational reporting is done from the HRO staging database, but that lacks the ability to report historical data in most cases and also this does not the serve the purpose of building the monthly dashboards for the executive management, which results in huge time and resources to create those dashboards every month and in heavy dependency on the manual processes. The HRDW eliminates these pains of the HRIS group by providing a single stop for all their reporting needs.

All the data loads will be within the Hanover systems and no external data integration is required for this project.

• Analyzing the Business Document.

• Performing the Unit Testing.

• Creating the Source and Target definitions in Informatica.

• Providing support to the QA team.

MVR project is to reconcile the data on MVRs raised by agents versus policies generated by the equivalent agents. This reconciliation will help Hanover to charge back the agents who have ordered excess MVRs’ without placing appropriate business with Hanover.

The goal of the Project is to build a MVR report layer which will source data from POS, PMS and Choice point. The report layer will provide details of the agents who have crossed the MVR order Threshold limit on a monthly basis. Based on these details appropriate charge backs will be generated by Hanover

MVR project will have the following layers

• Stage Layer

• Reporting Layer

The CL Auto Details project would enhance the EDW with CL Auto data including driver, vehicle, coverage, other interest etc. The data is sourced partially from various PMS segments and from CAPE tables. The data from the source systems are captured on a daily basis in the Reporting Data Staging Area (RDSA) when changes occur in the source system. Intra-day changes are not captured. The staged data in RDSA is then transformed and loaded into the EDW. Reporting on the CL Auto data is then provided using the Hyperion reporting tool
