• Test quarterly software maintenance defect repairs to make sure all capabilities are still working after software is fixed and enhancements have are working as designed. • Customer service for all training technicians as well as all dealerships globally to assist them in making all Service ADVISOR capabilities work as well as remotely connecting to all equipment to make changes if necessary.

• Test all update service for Service ADVISOR before they are released to make sure all updates are fully functional and working as designed.

• Test all firmware changes to NEXIQ.

• Support the Business department at dealer expo by demonstrating Service ADVISOR software and answering capability questions.

• Fax all cards that need verification in other corporate labs globally.

• Scan all quality control cards into Canofile and file back in the lab for technicians and chemists to look back on data.

• Filed all work order cards in proper order of timeliness for maintenance.

• Enter all data entry for Quality Master Cards, FOPs, and Deviation cards and filed them in their appropriate places.
