against pre- set requirements for compliance. The system rejected non- compliant Certificates and sent out yearly renewal notices to vendors. All related vendor information is now stored in this Content Management system for easy retrieval and

Vendor management for over 50,000 Vendors. Cost savings to the company was 1.4 million dollars in the first year .

- Human Resources Employee Files

o Managed a project to provide a solution for Human Resources to manage over 200,000 employees paper files across divisions throughout North America. Created a Centralized imaging location for New Hire Packets and a process for one off daily type Human Resources files. The system created houses over 1 million employee file documents.

- Real Estate Law Legal Files

o Managed project for the Real Estate Legal Department to Manage several billions of dollars worth of properties for Retail Stores, Warehouses, Distribution Centers, Plants and Backstage offices across North America. Real Estate, Construction and Design had

a need to manager property files current and historical. Files were all paper files and were housed in the corporate office in California. If anything was to happen to the office due to fire or earthquake over 50 years worth of legal information would have been destroyed. The project consisted of a business process review to streamline process and cut cost measures that created a cost savings in job functions in the Real Estate department with a 20% increase in job performance for over 100 employees including Attorney’s.

- System Consolidation and Socialization

o Consolidation and Centralization of multiple of divisions applications and systems onto single application platforms for Accounting, Human Resources and Merchandising processing.

Role provided:

Subject Matter expert for production systems

Support for Business critical system reports

Follow-up and problem resolution for any production report issues

Training for key business users in the use of tools to review/print on-line reports, on demand (Infopac/View Direct/DDR/DDRI)

Provided education and training materials for division business users on the key elements of the data related to the conversion and their new business applications.

Education on the production ad-hoc query tool – IBM Query Management Facility (QMF). This enabled business users to do ad-hoc analysis and identify any data issues related to the conversion, or to support any questions they needed questions to.

Creation of ad-hoc reports to support the transition of the conversion.

Support and Mentoring of the divisional business users in both understanding the information and transitioning to their new applications and tools.

Support, Education, Reporting for Enterprise Data Warehouse (Teradata) using Teradata SQL tools.
