*Carrying out inspections covering all aspects of the fabrication.

*Provide management, guidance and direction to support personnel for the

effective execution of the contract, including interfaces with structural and pipeline engineers.

Key Responsibilities :

* establish the Welding and NDT requirements in accordance with applicable specification, codes and standards.

* generate project specification/plan to meet requirements.

* prepare and follow up the welding procedures specification (WPS), bevel design and dimensions, test activities, costs, equipment and personnel requirements.

* coordinate and instruct welding personnel and NDE technicians in accordance with project plan.

* develop and qualify procedures qualification record (PQR) and welders performance qualification records (WPQR).

* generate and check welding engineering documentation and data.

* support resolution of operational issues as required and take corrective/improvement action as required.
