Transeastern Properties Coral Springs, FL. 1999 to 2004 Director of land Development

Managed the land acquisition, entitlement, permitting, planning, engineering, contractors, estimating, vendors, scheduling, for all projects in Florida (over 5000 mixed use residential lots, commercial parcels and amenities).
