Accountable and liable for over 110 employees occupying a 3 shift plastics manufacturing and production

stream efficiencies, employee termination liability and capital expenditure budget development.

Key Accomplishments:

Co-designed, developed and ultimately named Project Manager for the implementation of a custom

ERP system.
