- Within Security technologies, responsible for AnyConnect VPN, AnyConnect on Mobile, Automation & Cisco Secure Desktop (CSD). Previously also responsible for Network Access Manager (NAM – L2 Supplicant) & Network Admission Control (NAC) products.

- Helped turn around the NAC program going from no schedules to sane schedules to regularly scheduled releases, and improving quality & predictability along the way

- Delivered VPN solution (Secure Mobility) on Mobile platforms – iOS, Android, WebOS & Symbian

- Experience managing large teams spread across multiple focus areas

- Managed the deliverable & budget of up to 42 engineers, including 30 partner reports (off-shore team – Wipro, India) including 2 first line managers

- High drive to optimize resource utilization, achieve operational excellence & deliver the highest quality software products

- Strong proponent of & proficient in Agile development methodology (Certified ScrumMaster) – delivered 1st Agile program within CCBU.

- Helped CCBU transition from traditional waterfall to Agile methodology.

- Experience delivering the first SaaS offering for the BU.

- Strong background in Security & solid Networking skills (CCNA – expired ’08)
