SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE

I have worked, and been associated with the telecommunications installation and repair technology, international training, and maintenance career fields for over 20 years. The majority of my experience has come from serving as a noncommissioned officer (NCO) and trainer in the United States Air Force. Supervising, training, and resource management has been the focus of my past employment. My work and experience with BiCSi as a trainer has been both rewarding and enjoyable. I am presently in the process of transferring to the Tampa, Florida area.

• Installing residential cable televisions, high speed data circuits and digital telephones

• Installing network interface units and cables from the cable taps to residential homes

• Performing duties as a telecommunications training manager

HIGHLIGHTED CAREER ACHIEVEMENTS

• Backlog Relief – Relieved QTSI from a $100k backlog of work order invoices,

by collecting past-due funds for work orders completed.

• Training Facility Development - Directed and controlled the designs to establish a telecommunications training facility for Quality Telecommunications Services Inc. (QTSI) Oxon Hill, MD.

• Out-Of-State Project – Coordinated and controlled the installation of all telephone systems for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) throughout the state of Kentucky, for Aaron B. Floyd Enterprises, Alexandria, Virginia. This was a part of a Five million dollar telecommunications contract to upgarade the state of Kentucky’s USDA facilities.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Express One Real Estate 2008 – Present Network Installation Consultant

• Advised clients about their network cabling and telephone systems installation.

• Provide suggestions for the repair, installation, and replacement of telecom circuits and equipment, saving clients hundreds of dollars.

• Installed and repaired residential cable TV, high speed data circuits and network interface units.

• Utilized test equipment to check circuits and verify signal strength.

Training Manager

• Performed duties as the training manager, trainer and technician for BiCSi.

• Organized and designed the training facility, which generated a $640k cash flow from area college students and civilians.

• Supervised the installation of a $5 million network cabling systems contract for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) in the state of Kentucky.
