• Post Processing and analyzing the drive logs.

• Perform the Optimization to improve Ec/Io (Reduce Pilot Pollution) by improving RSCP of dominant cells and reducing coverage (Interference) of less dominant sectors through azimuth, antenna Tilt changes and thus rectify the overshooting sectors issues.

• Preparing various Plots as required by customer like Bler, RSCP, EcIo, UE Tx Power etc and also calculate various call related results.

• Depending upon the footprint of cells giving suggestions to down tilt the cells.

• Using drive test data, Optimization of UMTS sites based on Coverage_RSCP, Ec/Io, Pilot pollution, Missing neighbors, Soft Handovers and IRAT Handovers.

• Checking for the R99 and HSDPA Throughput .

• Attend the customer complaints normally based on coverage related issues.

• Checking Pilot Pollution.

• Done Scanner Drive test for 3G .

• WCDMA IRAT H/O Check.

• KPI monitoring by analyzing ND report and generating dashboard reports with Anaqous.

• Monitor the Statistics & RF Parameters in OMC, Locate the poor performing cells, and provide the solution to improve the network performance.

• Analysis of Drive Test files for taking care of External and Internal Interference in the Network, which involves analysis of Rx quality, Rx Level etc, Re-planning of RF parameters in problematic areas accordingly.

• Network-Optimization by drive tests, antenna tilts, antenna orientation changes and tuning the Cell-RF Parameters.

• Frequency planning, Neighbor planning, interference detection and rectification, Handover, Sector Swapping, frequency scanning.

• Drive Test on customer complaint & to find out appropriate solution regarding complaint.

• Co-channel (C/I) and Adjacent channel (C/A) Interference analysis.

• Deciding azimuths & height of the site.

• Clutter & Obstacle Analysis Of surroundings of the planned site.

• New Sites Proposals to Overcome Coverage Patches. Site Auditing and Verifying Hardware, Tilt, Antenna height and Orientation, according to the Planning Database.
