Purification Water Generation System (RO plant) from NEELA SYSTEM LIMITED., Bangalore.
Boiler (REVOMAX, Oil-fired, Coil- type stream generator) from THERMAX LIMITED (COOLING AND HEATING DIVISION)., Pune.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Supervising the Erection process of various smart instruments (like Flow transmitters, pressure gauges, temperature gauges, pressure switches, temperature switches, control valves, RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector) Ph Meter ORP Meter , Conductivity meter as per the PID.
• Following the Erection of pipe lines (like: Air pipe lines, Steam pipe lines, Hot water pipe lines & Soft water pipe lines).
• Preparing Planning, Progress and Commissioning Schedules.
• Follow through Erection of instruments at various areas in Pure water generation system.
• PLC Control panel with HMI Erection and Installation process. PLC: ABB (Rake- type).
• Follow through Commissioning of all instruments (like: loop checking, signal thronging and instrument charging).
