• Revamped a two-tier health plan into a three-tier plan with the cooperation of the elected officials, third party providers, saving the City $80,000 annually.

Responsible for managing Implementation group consisting of 7 individuals who are responsible for receiving customer information, adding the customer’s information including employees and wages onto the SurePayroll system for processing.
