From 14th June2010 Sept 2011: At Bhushan steel ,was Working as Head – RMHS Dept which consists of o&m of material handling system feeding to EAF, Blast furnace,sinterplant,DRI plant,Coal Washery,power plant,Lime plant,Cokeovens,.It consists of Conveyors,wagon tipplers,stacker reclimers,screens,crushers, mobile equipments etc.

From June 07 TO 4th June 2010 was working at Oman for Shadeed an integrated steel

(sponge iron+steel plant) project Material handling as Head of Material Handling&

o&m of Material handling system consists of ship

unloaders of 3600 TPH ,conveyors,screens,stacker Reclaimer,stacker,flexowall Belts,De dusting

systems, silos,mobile equipments.i was sent to ZPMC,Chiana for shipunloders engineering .

From Jan 05 TO Dec07 I WAS working for HADEED( Saudi iron &steel company) for their world biggest DRI &HOT DRI HANDLING PROJECT Consists of ship unloaders, conveyors,stackers, vibrating screens,feeders, flexowall belts,Hot DRIHandling apron conveyor,silos,Dedusting systems etc.I was at voist alpine,Linz ,Austria, for engineering of the project for 16 months.

I was working in M/s ESSAR STEELS LTD.(AN ISO9002,14000,SAP IMPLEMENTED COMPANY), Hazira as JOINT GENERAL MANAGER FROM AUG94 to nov02 .AS HEAD OF DEPERTMENT, I was in charge for Opern& maint of HBI,DRI,LIME,DOLIME,COKE , MATERIAL HANDLING SYSTEM consisting of Conveyors, Feeders ,Screens, Stackers, Crushers, Flexowell belts, Barge Unloaders, Ship loaders, Silos, etc. I HAVE Joined IN ESSAR STEEL IN HRC PLANT MATERIAL HANDLING DURING PROJECT STAGE. AFTER COMMISSIONING OF THE SYSTEM.I WAS INCHARGE FOR OPERATION&MAINTANCE.MAINTAINED THE SYSTEM WITH ZERODOWN TIME FOR 63 MONTHS CONTINUOUSLY.

From sep’91 to aug’94 i was in MALVIKA STEELS as SENIOR MANGER,Material HandlingProject Incharge for preparation of specification, vendor selection, design approval, finalization of order, errection of all material handling systems consisting of wagon tripplers, stacker cum reclaimers, conveyors, trippers, stockhouse systems, skips, locos, EOT cranes, mobile equipment.

Worked in M/s HOWARD FINLEY CONSULTANTS from May’90 to Aug’91 For their ESSAR STEEL project. In charge For all Oxide and Product conveyors of 15 kms long, Barge unloaders, Ship loaders and other material HANDLING EQUIPMENTS of DRI plant. Also involved in maintenance of DRI furnance, related equipments and Erection and commisioning of Crushers.

I WAS WORKING IN CARIBBEAN ISPAT LTD.TRINIDAD., WEST INDIES. AS A DEPUTY MANGER for their integrated steel plant in charge for the following:

• Maintenance of material handling of iron plant which consists of 20 kms

• Long conveyors, screens, vibrating feeders, bucket elevators, stackers and weigh feeders.

• Maintenance of flexowell conveyor of dri furnances.

• Maint of thickner and dust collection system

I Was in NEYVELI LIGNITE CORPORATION From Mar78-May89 From GET To Executive Engineer Involved In

• Erection and commisioning of conveyors upto 20,000 tons/hr capacity & 75 kms long.

• Maint of conveyors, stackers, reclaimers, trippers, crushers,etc.,

• Maint of belt reconditioning plant equipment like 315 kw heating unit, process pumps, fans, driers, hyraulic presses, eot cranes, and cooling towers

• Vulcanising of steel cord belts of st 3150 strength and fabric belt of EP2500 strength.

I was in M/S CALTEX OIL REFINERIES ( Hindustan petroleum) from May’77 to Feb’78 as TRAINEE ENGINEER.

Highlights

Worked in different plants IN MAINTANCE OF Bulk Matrial handling systems handled HBI,DRI,LIME,DOLIME,COAL,COKE,SILICA SAND,QUARZITE, consists of Ship Unloadres upto3600TPH,Conveyors upto 20,000TPH capactity with all related equipments.

Worked with WEST GERMAN specialists at Neyveli plant for 8 yr.

Worked as a SPECIALISTS in Caribbean Ispat ltd, Trinidad ,WEST INDIES.

Modifications& Developments done in system by which crores of rupees saved in my previous organizations.

Achieved 100% feeding requirements of the plant with zero down time continuously for 63 months at ESSAR STEEL LTD.

Worked at voist Alpine for 18months years for Hadeed Material Handling system.

M.E. (Thermal Engineering) from Annamali University, T.N.in 1986.

B.E. (Mechanical) with First class from Andhra University, Viskhapatnam. In April’1977.
