• After having several successful years working in the Construction Industry and having worked as a Real Estate Sales Associate with my Fathers Brokerage, I started Richard Stanley & Company Inc. in the fall of 2003 in Sarasota, FL. The operation combined my skills, experience and interests of safety training and real estate sales. As an OSHA Authorized Trainer and Licensed Real Estate Broker I was able to successfully operate both an Occupational Safety Training operation and two Real Estate Brokerages, one for residential sales and the other for commercial sales. In fall of 2004 after obtaining my Florida Real Estate Instructors Permit, I added the Sarasota School of Real Estate to the Richard Stanley & Company umbrella of operations. In mid 2006 the Real Estate Operations were ended due to market conditions and I relocated the company to Fort Mill, SC and continued the Occupational Training Operations. While Running Richard Stanley & Company I have at time also Held positions with other companies as Corporate Safety Director, Regional Safety Director, Safety Manager & Trainer.

• As Director Consultant and Trainer of Occupational Training & Consulting Operations 2003-2011 I provided onsite live training , consulting and online training for over 200 companies and over 5,000 individuals. This training consisted of OSHA 10 & 30 Hour Construction & General Industry Outreach Training, Red Cross CPR, First Aid & AED Training, Traffic Flagging Training, Forklift & equipment Training and National Safety Council CPR, First Aid & AED training. Having a need to pay for College I gained employment at the A&P as a Clerk in the Produce Department. I worked around my class schedule & also held three other jobs while in College. After a year of employment with the A&P, while still in College, I was promoted to Assistant Produce Manager. After Graduating College in 1992, I continued this position until 1994.

• 1988-1990 United Parcel Service. Worked the 2am to 9am Pre-load shift on the belt loading 3 trucks. I was in the tuition re-imbursement program and successfully qualified for each semester that I worked at UPS.
