Employee Engagement Partner
• After a three month work stoppage, led the change management team in refocusing efforts to re-establish shop floor participation in continuous improvement initiatives thereby transferring skills and knowledge to the team. As a result, opportunities were identified to partner with other company initiatives, such as lean six sigma, that positively impacted work flow, quality, safety and efficiency.
• Demonstrated proficiency as project lead in a key facility with a hostile environment utilizing executive coaching expertise, workplace assessments, problem-solving and successful change structures. In one year, the facility increased output by 38%, reduced defects by 23% and reduced safety incidents by 9%.
