• Significant involvement in bringing company into compliance with SEC reporting requirements, which involved filing 10-K Report for FYE 2010 and three 10-Q Reports for FYE 2011 in eight months. 10-K for FYE 2011was filed on time with the SEC.

• Reduced “Material weaknesses in accounting and reporting”, from 16 items cited in the fiscal year end 2010 audit report to 4 items cited in the fiscal year end 2011 audit report.

• Developed and implemented monthly general ledger closing calendar and procedures reducing the closing by 6 days resulting in more timely financial statement analysis and reporting to operations and senior management.

• Coordinated integration of JD Edwards accounting, and job costing systems into new parents’

financial reporting system operating on an AS400 platform.

• Savings of $290,000 in union benefit expense resulting from payroll conversion of 214 unions and 820 employees from ADP to in-house payroll and job cost system.

• Improved job cost accounting and reporting system via seminars with operations personnel which improved Gross profit margins.
