Evaluated children utilizing standardized assessments: PEDI, Sensory Profile, Peabody and Bruininks Oseretsky Test of Motor Proficiency. Caseload: 25 patients (1-10 years of age) per week. Common diagnoses: Autism, sensory integration dysfunction, developmental delay, Down Syndrome and Cerebral Palsy. Treatment interventions: ADLs, IADLs, handwriting, behavior management, feeding, and sensory modulation. Created a core strengthening handout incorporating home exercises.
St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, Belleville, IL

Evaluated patients utilizing manual muscle, pinch, grip, and sensation testing; goniometry, and the Short Blessed. Caseload: 5-9 patients (6-65+ years of age) per day. Common diagnoses: stroke, TBI, fractures, strains, carpal tunnel and tendon injuries. Treatment interventions: ADLs, job and household simulation tasks, splinting, therapeutic exercises and modalities. Created an informational handout on carpal tunnel.
