The company is a leader in confectionary industry and managed by a highly professional team with many years of experience in the chocolate industry. The plant is equipped with the most sophisticated machinery imported from Germany, U.K. and Denmark. The company has facility

for making moulded chocolates, enrobed chocolates and couvertures in addition to cocoa beans processing into cocoa derivatives viz. cocoa powder and cocoa butter. The installed capacity of the plant is 3000 MT for the manufacture of chocolate and 3000 MT of cocoa processing per annum.

AREAS OF EXPOSURE

• Carry out the processing operation of Cocoa beans

• Supervise the manufacturing of chocolates and industrial slabs

• Keep vigilance on Cadbury GMPs, CSMS, EHS and HACCP

• Conduct physical, chemical and microbial analysis of cocoa beans, cocoa butter and cocoa powder

• Conduct physical, chemical and microbial analysis of different raw materials of chocolate

• Supervise maintenance activities, utility capacities and maintenance planning

• Conduct Recipe audit, process audit, GMP audits, Traceability audit, PCI audit, MUV audit, EHS risk assessment, PWI

• Ensure proper manpower, material and process controls are in place and recorded according to HACCP and ISO standards

• Evaluate and introduce ways to improve process, product quality and cost reduction

• Ensure quality management system is applied

• Successfully Completed Three Days Training on Internal Auditor Open Program on “Food Safety Management System (ISO 22000:2005)” held on 7th to 9th May 2007 at College of Food Technology, Parbhani (MS) India.

• Successfully completed 1 month Training Course on “Advanced Baking Technology” held from 1st April 2008 to 30th April 2008 from Food Safety Training and Research Centre, Parbhani (MS) India.
