• Bi-weekly and Semi-Monthly duties and reports include: Performing usual payroll duties for approximately 200 employees that include salary and hourly employees on alternate bi-weekly basis using ADP and ReportSmith software. Review and audit changes of address, new hire info, W4 info, pay raises, benefits, garnishments, 401(k) report of the contributions, loan deductions and EGTRAA, direct deposits and reversals, Social Security limits, vacation and sick accruals, adjust and allocate regular, overtime, vacation and sick hours for hourly employees on the timeclock. Chapman Dairy Queens February 1995-August 1999 Bedford, TX Payroll Manager

• I worked my way up from an Assistant Manager to Unit Manager in a Dairy Queen location and then to the

corporate office for Dairy Queen. In the corporate office, I started out as an Accounting Rep and then moved to

the position of Payroll Manager. As an Accounting Rep, I did monthly accounting (input paid outs, deposit info),

bank reconciliation for each of the 86 store locations. I opened and disbursed mail, input and research Accounts

Payable invoices. I did weekly bank transfers from each location’s depository account into the corporate main

cash accounts. I would print Accounts Payable checks and match invoices to mail out to the vendors. I also did a

lot of office duties for the CFO and the President of the company due to the downsizing of the company such as

answering a 5-line phone system, typing faxing, etc. As a Payroll Manager, I did all the payroll duties for 1500

employees such as child support, wage garnishments, etc. I am also familiar with the New Hire Reporting to the

state. I calculated bonus calculations for Unit Managers and Supervisors. I completed all forms and processed all

of the necessary reports requested for employees, government, state, etc. I was also responsible for the end of

year filings of W2’s, all Federal and State reports and filings for multi-states. The Chapman Companies dissolved the Accounting office and moved the accounting and payroll to be done by Hartman, Walton, Leito and Bolt, which

I went to work for that company to continue the payroll and picked up accounting and payroll for the HWLB’s

clients as well.
