• Managed the planning, design and building process of the cross-connection equipments, TITAN 5500 of Tellabs, in the PRTC network. This project improved the ability to made OC-12, OC-3, DS3 and DS1 provisioning in the PRTC network.

• Managed the planning, design and building process of a several licensed microwave radio back bonds across the Puerto Rico Island. Particularly, building a 6 GHz back bond among Caguas Central Office, El Yunque Remote Station, Vieques and Culebra Islands. This project had two challenges; a 6 GHz microwave path over the ocean, more than 40 kilometers, and drop an OC-3 (3xSTS-1) at Vieques and Culebra facilities, respectively. This was the first time in Puerto Rico, we used SONET microwave radios. We dropped an OC-3 from the radio directly to an optical multiplexer. This way made easy the management of the STS-1 facilities and we can make remote provisioning and monitoring.

• Managed the construction of electrical substations and lighting systems.
