Inventory Control/Purchasing Manager (1996- 2011)

• Managed an inventory of $2.3 million.

• Practiced LEAN management; did not store products that could be ordered and received in 24 hrs. Inventory turn around within 8 hrs of receipt.

• Tracked lead times of products so product was ready within 24 hrs. of customer need.

• Created Inventory Control Department which encompassed Purchasing, Receiving and Packaging of reagent grade biochemicals.
