BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST/ PROJECT MANAGER

It is a major oilfield service company that provides oil and natural gas industry products and services for drilling, formation evaluation, completion and production and operates in over 90 countries worldwide.

Worked as a Program manager level for the following key projects:

Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service via SAP Enterprise Portal and ECC 6.0

Responsibilities:

· Managed this key project, which includes global rollout of self service applications for employees, managers and HR service centers using SAP HCM Processes and Forms and SAP workflow. Some of the key ESS applications include country specific personal data and address services. Key MSS applications include different PA actions like Hire, Rehire, Position/Location change, Transfer, Termination etc.

· Involved in designing the customized solution and creating and managing project plan and resources.

· As a project manager from customer side, responsible for communications with key stakeholders including C level executives.

SAP HR Reimplementation

Responsibilities:

· Redesigned Enterprise, Personnel and Organizational structure globally to leverage SAP best practice and make the foundation for global ESS/MSS rollout.

· Actively involved in leading data conversion strategy, configuration within Personnel Administration and Organizational Management modules, unit testing and integration testing, Cut-over and Go Live activities.

It is an HR/Payroll integration project between Tyco and M/A Com using ASAP methodology. It was required to migrate SAP HR functionality for US employees from M/A Com SAP instance and integrate/consolidate with the Tyco SAP HR instance, while the ERP functionality is maintained in M/A Com.

Responsibilities:

· Conducted PA, OM workshops with users for gathering of Blueprint requirements and conversion data.

· Directed Blueprint (As-Is and To-be) activities in the areas of Personnel Administration, Organizational Management for the M/A Com integration project.

· Mapped Enterprise and Personnel Structure between Tyco and M/A Com instances and created new company codes, personal area, subareas.

· Designed the changes to all the existing PA actions to accommodate M/A Com employees.

· Supervised data conversion activities for all M/A Com employees into TYCO instance.

· Designed the detailed ALE architecture including data mappings for HR master data transfer between two different instances using change pointers.
